Program Description

LBAPS operates an SMS messaging program that provides job opening notifications, application status
updates, and hiring event announcements to candidates who have opted in through the application form in
the careers section of lbaps.com. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on
our application form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from LBAPS at the number
provided.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. LBAPS does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s
standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your plan. Please contact your wireless
provider for details about your plan.

How does the Site use Personally Identifiable Information?

We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill buying and selling requests on the Site. We may email Visitors and Authorized Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to contact Visitors and Authorized Customers in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP,
we will send a single confirmation message, after which you will receive no further text messages from this
program. The keywords END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT are also honored.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You may also reach us at intake@lbaps.com or
1-718-872-6051, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00
p.m. Eastern Time. Our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Consent Is Not a Condition

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, of submitting an application, or of
being considered for any position with LBAPS. You may apply for any open role without agreeing to
receive text messages.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to
effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside the control of LBAPS.

Supported Carriers

Message delivery is supported on major United States wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change
without notice.

Privacy

Information collected through this program is handled in accordance with the LBAPS Privacy Policy,
available at lbaps.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for
marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared
with any third parties. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that assist us in
delivering our services, and those providers may not use it for their own marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

LBAPS may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be
posted at lbaps.com/sms-terms, and the date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this
document.
