Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for our large and growing workforce. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll expertise, process improvement skills, and experience managing high-volume payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely payments
- Develop and implement payroll automation initiatives
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee payroll-related audits and reporting
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams
Qualifications
