Position Overview

LBAPS seeks an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Brooklyn team. The ideal candidate has hands-on recruiting experience and a proven ability to source, screen, and hire top talent across clinical, administrative, and operational roles in a fast-growing ABA organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer
  • Source and screen candidates across multiple roles and departments
  • Post and maintain job listings across job boards and internal channels
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers on candidate selection
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress
Qualifications
  • Must have prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Strong sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare or ABA services a plus
