We are seeking a driven and experienced Director of Outreach to lead our partnership development and client acquisition efforts. This is a senior-level role with significant impact on the growth and reach of our organization. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder with a passion for ABA services and a proven track record of driving outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy to drive client acquisition
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, hospitals, pediatricians, and community organizations
• Represent LBAPS at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to align outreach efforts with service capacity
• Track and report on outreach metrics and partnership outcomes
• Identify new markets and opportunities for organizational growth

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience required
• Background in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or ABA preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of ASD or ABA services a strong plus
