We are seeking a compassionate and driven Client Outreach Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for families seeking services. You will guide clients through consultations and onboarding while ensuring a smooth, supportive, and welcoming experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive client outreach and engagement across Toms River, Lakewood, Manchester, Howell, Brick, Jackson, and the surrounding areas
- Schedule and facilitate consultations with prospective families
- Support onboarding and intake processes for new clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support client satisfaction initiatives and follow up to ensure positive experiences
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Client services or outreach experience preferred
