We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Assistant Teacher to join our Midwood team. You will work alongside lead teachers and clinical staff to support children in a structured, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in implementing daily classroom activities and routines
• Support children with individualized learning and behavioral goals
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
• Communicate progress and observations to teachers and clinical staff
• Assist with documentation and data collection as needed

Qualifications

• Experience working with children required
• Experience with special needs, ASD, or ABA settings a strong plus
• Patient, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
